PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You can use your credit card when ordering via the Internet, telephone, fax, or mail. Please remember to include the expiration date of your credit card and the security code. Credit Card orders are processed immediately and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of order for all in-stock items. Credit Card information is not kept on file.
If you prefer to pay by check, follow these steps:
Click on the “Contact Us” icon
Proceed to “Place An Order” and click on “Order Form”
Print a copy of the order form. We have included an Adobe Acrobat Reader download for your convenience.
Complete your order form. Be sure to include proper shipping charges. These charges are found on the order form.
New Jersey residents must include sales tax
If you include your email address with your check order, we will let you know that we have received your order.
Remember that bank clearance of check orders may take up to 7 business days

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Policy
All damages as a result of shipping must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging, for an exchange, credit or refund.
Bath, spa and personal care products must be unopened and unused to receive a refund or credit.
When returning an item, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return, exchange and replacement requests other than reported shipping damages, will be accepted within 30 days of the order date are fulfilled when we receive the returned merchandise. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number against which the purchase was made. A refund check will be issued for check orders only.
Please follow these simple steps for returns and exchanges:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing customer service at
customer_service@reamsofdreams.com or calling customer service at 800-531-0050. All returns must have an RA# to process a return, exchange or credit. Upon issuing an RA# we will send you a Return Shipping Label for you to use.
Click on the “Return Merchandise” icon and print out a copy of our Return Merchandise Form. We have included an Adobe Acrobat Reader download for your convenience.
Indicate on the Return Merchandise Form the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Securely repack the item in the original shipping carton and include a copy of your invoice and a copy of your Return Merchandise Form.
Affix the Return Shipping Label we provide to you.
